The Alfaro train and many other roads."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hace un tiempo me dio la curiosidad de recorrer viejos caminos, bas\u00e1ndome en mapas o relatos de viejos libros. As\u00ed fue que encontr\u00e9 aquel <a href=\"http:\/\/neomano.com\/en\/looking-for-the-lost-eiffel-bridge-in-ecuador\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/neomano.com\/buscando-el-puente-perdido-de-eiffel-en-ecuador\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">puente perdido de Eiffel<\/a> y otras cosas interesantes que alg\u00fan d\u00eda publicar\u00e9. Encontr\u00e9 muchos lugares abandonados, pero incre\u00edblemente hermosos y llenos de historia. Se me meti\u00f3 en la cabeza la idea de digitalizar estos caminos con coordenadas GPS, m\u00e1s que nada, como una herramienta de ayuda para m\u00ed mismo, para poder encontrarlos de nuevo, alg\u00fan d\u00eda. Muchas de estas rutas actualmente no existen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tomaba lectura y constataba algunos puntos (s\u00ed, viajando f\u00edsicamente incluso) le contaba de los avances a mi buen amigo y entusiasta del ferrocarril ecuatoriano, Ed Crowe. Para tristeza de todos quienes nos aficionamos por la historia de nuestro tren, sufrimos la irreparable p\u00e9rdida de Ed hace pocos d\u00edas, as\u00ed que quise publicar este trabajo en su honor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>El ferrocarril de Ecuador a trav\u00e9s de la historia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comenzar\u00e9 a incluir de a poco todas las rutas que tengo digitalizadas, en un mapa interactivo, desde donde se puede hacer zoom y ver detalle.
