They asked me to build a children's playhouse for this Christmas, so I set about designing it and once I finished with the plans it occurred to me to share them.
The objective is to be able to use the Plywood panels that are available in the market to the maximum in order to reduce costs. In total I will be using 6 Triplex plates which are around USD$30 each including cutting. So the idea is that the house costs less than USD$200 already including painting and the funniest thing is that you can have an interesting dynamic with the boys painting and decorating the house.
If you want to invest a little more money to make a house resistant to humidity, I recommend using Marine Plywood.
The house is very simple and looks like the following image.
Here are the cuts to be made. 3 panels are shown; each must be done in duplicate.
The ceiling panel can be less thick than the walls. In my case I used 18mm panels for the walls and 12mm for the ceiling.
Real photos of the construction below to dispel any doubts.
Once the paint dries and decorates it a little better I will upload more photos.
