Is Facebook Violating My Privacy to Show Me Ads?
On Tuesday this week (July 22nd), I was in MY OFFICE when I received a visit

On Tuesday this week (July 22nd), I was in MY OFFICE when I received a visit from a good friend. He asked me about PMI certification, and I searched the Internet for information on where he could take an exam to obtain that certification. That's when I visited the Prometric website and searched for PMI. Prometric is a worldwide provider of technical testing.
So far, so good.

Well, it turns out that today, being in MY HOUSE, I open the Facebook app on my cellphone and I find an ad from Prometric talking about PMI.

Question: WHAT IS THE PROBABILITY OF THIS HAPPENING without:
- Facebook and its clients (Prometric) sharing my browsing information, or
- Facebook knowing the sites I visit
It should be noted that my IPs, as well as my devices, were different. That is, it seems to me that Facebook knows that my USER (whatever device it may be) is interested in that advertisement.
This is not the first time one of these "coincidences" has happened to me. Has this happened to you?
I ask… Isn't this a violation of privacy?
